Following national guidelines, we are currently minimising footfall in the practice, and offering online advice, phone and video consultations instead. We are maintaining a safe environment, with separate zones, and regular cleaning schedule. Our full clinical team are working, and we are doing urgent blood tests, children’s immunisations, cervical screening and face to face GP appointments where clinically essential.
Please complete an eConsult enquiry (you can do this 24/7 via our website) and we will respond within 2 working days (usually much sooner). eConsults should NOT be used for clinical emergencies. Our telephone lines are open 8:30 – 6:30 Monday-Friday.
We ask that patients requesting an appointment not to queue outside the practice and instead to call the surgery on 0208 888 1736. There are a higher volume of calls coming through at present and we ask for your patience and understanding for the waiting time.
