How to Book an Appointment

We offer a variety of clinical appointments to book into. For Doctors’ appointments, you can book for routine appointments 7 working days in advance. Alternatively you can call in the morning on your preferred day at 8am for a same day appointment. In the case of an emergency please call at 2.00pm between Monday and Friday for our emergency session.
You may consult with any of the Doctors at the surgery, but we would encourage you to see your usual doctor for routine medical appointments.
Nurses/HCA appointments can be made up to a month in advance.

We also offer extended hours on Saturdays from 8.30am – 12.30pm. These are pre-bookable appointments only however the surgery phone lines will be open during these times.

Contact your GP practice or call 0330 053 9499 during the above hub opening hours to book an appointment at one of three locations.
You can make an appointment if you are registered at any practice in Haringey. You will be able to see a local Haringey GP or healthcare professional. It may be someone from your practice, and if not, it will be another local GP, Practice Nurse or Healthcare Assistant.
*We are unable to deal with medical emergencies during these sessions and are only available for pre- booked appointments. Should you be need urgent medical attention, please call our out of hours.
Booking Double Appointments
It is sometimes possible to book a double appointment if you need to discuss more than one problem. Please speak to the receptionist if you require this.
During our opening hours, if you think you have a problem that cannot wait until the next available appointment, please let the receptionist know; they will ask you for some information on the nature of the problem to enable the Doctor to prioritise.
Telephone Consultations with the Doctor
The Doctors are happy to speak to individual patients but will not take calls during their consultations. Please leave your message with the Receptionist and the Doctor or Nurse will endeavour to return your call as soon as possible. You may also be asked to call back at the end of surgery.
Please be aware that whilst we endeavour to accommodate all requests we only have a limited number of telephone consultations with the Doctor.
