Delivered by six community connectors, the service is light touch and non-specialist, with a focus on signposting and short-term support to help over 50s in Haringey to build confidence, improve their wellbeing and to achieve their goals.

The weekly drop-in sessions will involve:

  • Conversation
  • Reflection
  • Refreshments
  • Activities towards promoting wellbeing
  • Informal information and advice
  • Opportunity to meet new people

Please note: The service does not provide specific bereavement support. However, it can support bereaved residents to get connected to other services and support to help them cope with bereavement.
