Haringey Choices
Choices offers support to children, young people up to the age of 17 and families in Haringey who are worried about their emotional wellbeing. If you are a young person you can request support for the team to see you for over a brief period of time where they will help you work out what services and support are available for you in Haringey. All parents/carers are welcome to contact CHOICES even if your child is not willing to meet with the team. Professionals concerned about a child/young person can also make a referral.
Choices can meet you at various venues across the borough including Wood Green, Tottenham, Hornsey, Harringay and Finsbury Park.

MIND in Haringey
The Haringey wellbeing network works with young people aged 16 years and over, who are leaving, or have left, child and adolescent mental health services or the Leaving Care Team.
The service aims to develop young peoples understanding of their own wellbeing, providing them with tools to improve their emotional resilience and better equip them for the following topics:
- Sustaining accommodation
- Budgeting
- Volunteering
- Employment and training opportunities
- Managing wellbeing

SAM (Self Help for Anxiety Management) (Age 12 yrs +)
This app provides self-help techniques to help manage overall anxiety. Track anxiety levels, triggers, and build a personal tool kit in the app. It also provides interactive guidance for practicing self-help and a closed social community to engage with others. If you’re looking for holistic snapshot of your anxiety and how to cope with it, this may be the app for you.

NSPCC Helpline
If you’re worried about a child, even if you’re unsure, contact NSPCC professional counsellors for help, advice and support.
